Participation Requirements

CONFIRM BY CALLING: 847-561-1302

  • Individually wrapped samples for Spin To Win, Halloween and Parade. Suggestion: several hundred to thousands or a pallet. Near dated product is acceptable).

  • Retail items for “$5 -SPIN TO WIN Taste-A-Thon”. Suggestion: 1 or more cases of any product. Near-dated products are ideal for this opportunity.

  • VIP free coupons are an excellent carbon footprint method of marketing your product. Any kind of coupons are acceptable. Hundreds of coupons can be given away.

  • Create a product bullet information sheet.

  • Provide 8 ½ by 11 display sheet showing LOCATIONS - WHERE TO SHOP.

Your In-Kind Donations Would be Accepted in Lieu of a Service Fee. But we have the right to recoup these fees, if necessary by selling donated product at a special introductory offer.

We do offer a Sponsor Level. The fee is only $200 which includes being acknowledged on our website and your logo on a banner at all 3 marketing opportunities. Submit your logo and website.

Shipping Deadlines / Pickup of Product

For the Ravinia Farmers Market Spin to Win - send product after June 1st thru Oct 1st
For the 4th of July Parade - send product before July 1st
For the Halloween Activities - send product before Oct 1st

  • We must receive all deliveries at our warehouse as stated above unless scheduled otherwise.

  • Any product needed to be picked up at a local Distributors or Warehouses within fifty miles of Chicago can be coordinated with me. Our fee for pickup will be $75.00. All products should be 100% MCB .
